HOW TO USE IT ?
1 File nails with the decorated file.
2 Apply one coat of varnish, allow to dry, then apply a second coat if desired.
3 On varnish that is still slightly fresh, tap on a few glitters for a festive glitter effect, and fix with a top coat if necessary.
4 Nourish by massaging in the hand cream as often as necessary (without touching the varnish until it has dried).
